Global VPN is disabled when uninstalling an application

Basic info

• Device:
• CalyxOS version: 5.11.3

Brief description of the issue

When you uninstall an application the global VPN option is turned off

Steps to reproduce

• Go to Settings - Network and Internet - VPN
• Click on the gear next to your VPN
• Ensure that global VPN is enabled
• Uninstall an application
• Check global VPN status (see above)

Expected result

Global VPN is enabled (the status shouldn't change unless the user toggles it off manually)

Actual result

Global VPN is disabled

Same issue when uninstalling different apps.

Same issue when uninstalling apps that come from F-Droid or from Aurora store.
