Please enable PlantUML rendering on gitlab.com both for standalone plantuml files and inside markdown plantuml code blocks

Even though the GitLab product supports PlantUML rendering it does not seem to be enabled on gitlab.com

The first file has a plantuml code block.

1. Pushed a commit containing PlantUML text.
2. Waited a few minutes for the underlying data to get synced.
