Change project remembers last view

It would be useful when changing project via the dropdown list at the top of the page that the same view was opened for the newly selected project

For instance swapping between the issue boards of two projects At the moment that takes several clicks but could be far faster

Make sure these are completed before closing the issue, with a link to the relevant commit.
