Move embedded Zoom calls to Linked Resources

Better surface relevant links for resolving an incident.
Proposal
When we have Linked Resources available, we can surface Zoom calls within it, rather than adding the Zoom link to the Description of the Issue.
- If a customer is Premium they only have the quick action
/zoom, but they have access to Linked Resources, they can add as many Zoom links as they want! Removing the Zoom link from a Linked Resource only requires one click on thexto delete. Additionally, with Linked Resources, users could have more than one Zoom link. - When a user enters
/zoom+ the zoom link, that link would show up in the widget (rather than as a pinned embed).
- Leave
/zoomand remove/remove_zoomfunctionality as is today for GitLab Free.-
/zoomadds a link to the Description, example:Zoom Room: https://gitlab.zoom.us/j/95527154720 If the Situation Zoom room was utilized, recording will be automatically uploaded to Incident room Google Drive folder (private) -
/remove_zoomremoves the Zoom link from the Description.
