Investigate k8s Job objects for GitLab Migration

Some sidekiq jobs would make great candidates for use as a Job object in Kubernetes. Project/Repository imports and exports would be prime candidates.
Proposal
Investigate the possibility of using Kubernetes Job objects in k8s for GitLab Migration.
