GitLab Migration - Migrate projects without groups

Problem to solve

Some users want to migrate only projects, without groups. We need to provide them with the flexibility to cherry-pick what they wish to migrate over, whether that's groups or projects.

Proposal

Add the checkbox componenet with the tree view within the import table. Allow users to select any number of groups or projects.

Below is a crude example of what that might look like:

• Migrating projects that belong to groups
