Remove Container Security helm charts from cluster-management template
Why are we doing this work
Container Network Security and Container Host Security have been deprecated and will be removed in %15.0. We currently maintain some helm charts used to install the dependencies for these features into Kubernetes clusters. These helm charts live in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/project-templates/cluster-management and will need to be included in the removal.
