RuboCop: Undo changes to autocorrect "this" to "the"

Problem

!105727 (merged) is not in accordance with the newly updated GraphQL description at !109210 (merged) , which makes GraphQL style guide clearer. This would mean that merge requests related to #384323 (closed) may also have to be dealt with.

Proposed solution

Perhaps replacing target from this to of this, and final outcome from of the to the should be what we're looking for.
