Teleport for Zoekt servers

Similar to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/runbooks/-/blob/master/docs/Teleport/Connect_to_Rails_Console_via_Teleport.md we'd like some way for developers in the Global Search team to request time limited and audited access to Zoekt servers to debug issues. I don't know if we have Teleport for any other Kubernetes based deployments yet so I'm not sure how practical this is. This work will need to be done in collaboration with infra and those familiar with how Teleport is setup.
