Empty ToDo with one pending item

Please see the below image. The interface says I've one pending To Do, both in the left panel (there twice) and beside the "To Do" tab, still the list of the items is empty.

This is related to the #31732 . I've been mentioned in an issue filled in a project I do not own. Before I've been able to unmark the To Do, the issue was closed and made confidential. Since then this broken state of the GitLab UI.

I know the issue exists, I've information about it in my mailbox, the same as further comments, even the close notification, aka I'm CC'ed there, thus blocking me from accessing it, or at least in the To Do, is useless. In other words, the To Do record could not be added without me knowing about the issue, thus the To Do list should not filter on the confidentiality flag (or it can filter as not confidential or user is CC'ed).
