Verifiy GitHub noreply Email Address with Connected Account

Proposal

GitHub noreply email addresses should be automatically verified while the corresponding GitHub account is connected. Since the noreply email address doesn't accept emails, there's no way to verify the address as of now.

The noreply email can be obtained from the /user/emails endpoint.
